I don't believe there are existing wiki pages to speak of, but there is a package-info.html file in the source code (which is incorporated into hadoop's javadoc) which provides a reasonable tour of MRUnit's features; [some of] its content could be mirrored into the wiki to help users get started in a more visible fashion.
