All: I've started creating JIRAs and bucketing them into a 0.5.0 release. I've also create 0.8.0 and 1.0.0 to represent the next two releases (we can rename them later if these jumps don't make sense) so we can defer things if we want. Please take a look at the items for 0.5.0 (below) and let me know if anything is missing or there is too much for a first incubating release.
