Based on reading that we need to get the site checked in, improve our
documentation, and establish some coding standards. For the coding standards
part we probably should start to use PMD, FindBugs, CheckStyle and agree on an
Eclipse formatter. For the formatter I would use the default eclipse one
"Eclipse [built-in]" except use spaces only
