Resolution: Fixed
create separate src, bin distributions with same full src tree, generated
website, and other top level files. bin distribution also has jar along with
other compile time dependencies
create 3 different bin distributions one for each version of hadoop, 0.20.2,
0.23.1, 1.0.0
added licenses for included dependencies to LICENSE.txt
added copyright notice for 2 libraries to NOTICE.txt following LEGAL-62
added separate NOTICE-src.txt file for src distribution
