You doing this from the Database Window?  If you haven't turned on full
menus, then you need to hover over the menu for a second or click the bottom
at the bottom of the menu to see all options.  

If this is an system upgraded from 2000 or XP, you might need to refresh
your menu bar.  Right-click any toolbar and choose Customize from the
shortcut menu.  Scroll down in the list on the Toolbars tab and find Menu
Bar.  Select it (but do NOT clear the check box) and then click the Reset
button.
