[ms_access] How to store a value from combobox to a table

Hi..
I've a textbox(txtEmployeeName) that refers from a combobox 
(cboEmployeeId). This combobox has 2 columns;EmployeeId and 
EmployeeName.

I put "=cboEmployeeId.column(1)" in CountrolSource of txtEmployeeName 
to retrieve EmployeeName in txtEmployeeName.

The problem is, how to store the value in txtEmployeeName to a 
table..? meanwhile I've used txtEmployeeName's ControlSource for 
action above..
