Hello,
I have a Report/letter built that includes varying data at the bottom
of the letter. These are for students who have fines.
I want to produce the report/letters for different conditions at
different times, but can't figure out how to most easily do this.
I'd like to use the same report/letter, but be able to print out
letters for say, 2005 graduates one day, then currently enrolled
students another time.
What I have been doing is using copies of the reports/letters based on
different queries, but everytime the letterhead (built into the letter)
changes, I have to change all of the reports. Isn't there a simple way
to use one letter to produce different output? Another way to put it is
that I have my data in a table with 10 colums, I want to create the
letters based on any one of the colums.
