I have a question on restricting data using a query. Perhaps I am
approaching it the wrong way.

I have a table for a city with zip codes in areas of town I would
rather not keep called UNLIKE ZIPS.

I have another table for a listing of City address containing all zips
in the city.

I would like to run a query and have Access eliminate but not
necessarily delete the listings from the UNLIKE table. I could have
used criteria in query, but my list became to extensive and there is a
limitation on the number of characters a criteria will hold.

The result of the query should show accepted zip codes and also reduce
any duplicate listings.

Any suggestions ?
