Hello George, Personally, I wouldn't let anybody near my code until they had paid for it.
You could just send them a mdb copy when you recieve the final payment. There is no easy way to lock up just part of your code, after all security is not that good and if you secure just one module they may just delete it. Really ole buddy, people just gotta realise you get what you pay for once you've paid for it.
