hi all, I have to table that linked to one query. For example :
Table1 Table2 ------ ------ ReceiptId ReceiptId PaymentAmt AppliedAmt ChqNo InvoiceId The two table was linked using Query1 to produce a report. The problem arise in the report where if the "InvoiceId" have more than one value, the "PaymentAmt" amount field also will be more than one. It's going to look like this in Query1 ReceiptId ChqNo PaymentAmt AppliedAmt InvoiceId -------------------------------------------------------------------- 123456 ABC123456 1,000.00 400.00 987654 123456 ABC123456 1,000.00 600.00 987543 When calculated in report it will show PaymentAmt of 2,000.00 instead of 1,000.00.
