Many of you must be involved in training one way or another. Have any you used any particular software package to develop internal Training Needs Analysis test/reports. I would initially want to use this for MS Office application evaluations of staff, but want to be able to use the software for any other not computer topics as well.
If so I would value your experience and comments: What package did you use? How easy was it to learn and create TNA's? Can you recommend any web addresses to target this information?
