I used FileMaker about 10 years ago. It's a long story as to why I 
still don't use it but anyway to answer your question, I have been 
amazed at how many things in Access are very similar to what I did 
in FileMaker. I never got into anything very technical, and still 
don't in Access, but I would think it would be an easy transition. 
What I have now in Access is actually something that was built for 
me and is more advanced than what I had in FileMaker, i.e. reports, 
so I can't tell you if you can do as much in Filemaker, but my guess 
is, you can & the documentation would tell you that.
