Well..... Yes, and No. On the ones who did not work. Open up the VBE and see if in the Tools, References there are any MISSING references. This can happen when you developed on a machine which is 2002 and sent it to a machine that has Access 2000. In that case the Microsoft Access Object Library that you have will be listed as missing and the machine which does not work has the next lower number. For instance, I can develop in 2003, and technically the users who have 2002 can run my program, but if I created a button in 2003, Access will use the Access 11.0 Object Library to create the button and the machine which only has Office XP does not know about 11, since the highest level it has is 10.0.

No, they are all probably using different versions but all should be 2000 and above. I have 2000/2002 and designed it with a 2000 file format. I also converted it to 2002 and created and .mde file out of that for the higher level users. Some are having problems and others aren't, even when they download the "correct" version for their machines. Those with 97 are just SOL for the time being and have been instructed not to download it, so it's only those with 2000 and higher versions....still, shouldn't it work for them if it matches my version?
