Carole-

If the goals change and you need to keep a history, I suggest a
SalesPersonGoals table:

SalePersonID, GoalType, GoalDate, GoalAmount

Primary Key is the first 3 fields - and make sure the date is always a month
end date. You could even easily add quarterly goals without having to
change your table structure.

Subject: [ms_access] Sales Report

I am trying to make a report in the format my boss requires it, for
salespersons, activity compared to goals for month to date and year to date.
I have created the tables for salespersons, jobs, divisions, and products.
Where do I put the monthly and yearly goals? I'm guessing in the
salesperson table?
