Hi Mitch,
I tried the following:
Forms!viewincidentsbymonth!Imy.RowSourceType = "Table/Query"
Forms!viewincidentsbymonth!Imy.RowSource = "empbymonth"

'where Imy=Listboxname
It still asks for parameter field data.
I know, I'm not getting something....

PS. I'm not that good with VB.
