Yes. I assume you're trying to update a table related to Employees. Create a query on that table and add the Employees table - be sure they're related correctly. Add ALL the fields from the related table and info you want to display from Employees such as name and address. Use the query as the record source for your form. Create a combo box on the EmployeeID foreign key, and when your user selects an Employee, Access will auto-lookup the employee name and address for you.
An Example is the Orders form in Northwind that pulls the Customer information automatically. Code in the AfterUpdate event of CustomerID also copies the current customer address info to the Shipping fields in the Orders table.
