I cannot open a access 2003 database file. eveytime i try to open it a message pops up - "The MS Jet Database Engine stopped the process because you or another user are attempting to chang the same data at the same time." I have transferred it to another pc but same result. i cannot link to it to copy any data from it. Please help...
