This is my first mail in this group. 

I have a problem to solve. Please help.

I hv a table called userdata. 

Fields are (with some example): 
Name    address jointime        position 
ABC                     01-01-2001      CSO
CDE                     08-01-2002      CEO
EFG                     01-03-2003

My financial year is June-May. I want to make a query wehre I would like to
find out the joining time of an employee in my financial year basis. 

Example: ABC joined 08-01-2002 it will be shown in financial year 2003. 

Pls help
