Yes...purchase Adobe Acrobat (or find another vendor that makes pdf files if 
they exist).  The program installs a print driver so that any report you 
generate can be "printed" at which time instead of printing it creates a .pdf 
file that can be sent to anyone. It maintains all formatting on your report.
 
It has worked very well for us.  I believe Adobe may also have a PDF file 
creator that is web based.
