there are other ways to do it... I know Neil Squires has an addin that I read about awhile about... I dont know anything about it. and I GOOGLED automate PDF from Access report... and came up with the following http://personal-computer-tutor.com/abc2/v19/james19.htm I dont know if it will still work with 2003 but I would assume so as it lists 2000.
