Doreen- It's not a good idea to try to store calculated values in a table. Because you have included NewNISD in the query, if you change its value, then the query should recalculate and display new values for FlashDate and Flashed. These should remain calculated values in anything you do.

I'm having trouble with the data entry subform writing to the appropriate fields in the table. Some of the fields update and some do not.
