It sounds like you need to pick up a tutorial book to introduce you to
Access.  Access is a powerful program that can do many different things
with you data.  There is no way to answer your question unless you can
articulate what you want to have happen.
 
I like John's "Access Inside Out" book but there may be other
suggestions for the group for real beginners.
