Is your report based on a query that is performing Sorting and Grouping? Memo fields can not be included in such record sources due to the truncating of information.

Hi All, I have a report that looks like it's only displaying the first 256 characters of an entry in a field in my table which is formatted as a Memo field. Is there a way to get the report to display the entire contents of the memo field? I have the report field set to "grow", which it does, but only until is reaches the 256 character point.
