OK I am just having brain farts this week. Here is my dilemna. I have
a database that tracks Employee Evaluations. Each employee is
evaluated by his peers (a group of about 5). I currently have a
monthly report that shows how each employee evaluated scored. The
report averages the total scores from the 5 separate evaluations. If
an employee scores above a 90 his rank is Exceptional, 70-90 is Exceeds
Expectations, 50-70 is Meets Expectations, 30-50 is Below Expectations
and finally below 30 is Unsatisfactory. I need to get a count of each
ranking and then calculate a percentage of each ranking. I am beating
my head. I have been trying to do it on the report itself. If you can
help me I would greatly appreciate it. If you need more clarification
please let me know.
