Hello Good People,

My name is Pam. I'm creating an Access database for my son's support
group. Right now it contains family information and answers from three
online questionnaires/surveys. I have created a table for the family
info and each questionnaire for at total of 4 tables (PKS Family,
Questionnaire, Caring, Coping). The questionnaire/survey tables contain
fields mirrored from the online forms. You can view the forms at:

www.pksonline.org/questionnaire.htm
<http://www.pksonline.org/questionnaire.htm>
www.pksonline.org/caring.htm <http://www.pksonline.org/caring.htm>
www.pksonline.org/coping.htm <http://www.pksonline.org/coping.htm>

I get the results from the online forms in a formatted text email. I
then hand entered the information into the database. After creating the
tables, I let Access create the forms. I used the forms for the data
entry.

I am wanting the Caring and Coping reports to give the total answers for
each available response to each question. Example of what I want the
reports to show:

                                                Strongly
Strongly
                                                Disagree Disagree
Undecided Agree Agree
I don't know what is 4 2
0 1 0
wrong with my child.

"I don't know what is wrong with my child" is not a field in the
database. On the table, I created a new field for each question's
response (CaQ1SD, CaQ1D, CaQ1U, etc.) The responses are entered as a "1"
in the form. I can get the totals for each record's CaQ1SD, etc.
response, but the "I don't know..." is repeated for every record. I've
searched high and low for the remedy. I found this group and thought I'd
pose the dilemna for advice.

I thank you in advance for your consideration and look forward to
learning from and sharing with everyone!

Sincerely,
Pam
