It's located in the properties of the form.  There are two that you may
want to work with.  
Located on the Format tab:

Record Selectors = no when you don't want the dark triangle to the left
of the record.
Navigation Buttons = no when you don't want the user to be able to
navigate from record to record at the bottom of the form. 
Dividing Lines = No, when you have information in the footer of your
form, and you do not want a line separating the form from the header or
footer
