You could insert photo's in two ways. Create a form with the ole field. Right click on the ole field in the form view mode and chose the option insert object, create new - select bitmap image and click ok. You will be taken to paint brush. Select edit and drop down to paste from, select the required picture file, close and return to access and picture the will be inserted on the ole field. You could change the properties for the field in the design mode like clip, zoom, stretch.
Other option is insert the picture in ms word/excel copy and paste on the form.
