Hi. Need help on this Query. I have a field called HEAT. It either
contains an "X" or nothing (NULL). I am trying to write a Query to search
only for records with HEAT marked with an "X" or with "NULL" or empty
string (""). I want it to prompt the user to enter an "X". If nothing is
entered or anything other than an "X" entered, then only the records with
NULL are displayed. In the Criteria row for the HEAT field I have "[Enter
an "X" for Owner Heat, Leave blank for Tenant Heat]". This works when an
"X" is entered. If nothing is entered or anything besides an "X" is
entered, no records are displayed. Is there some type of "If, Then", or
"Else" statement that could be used so when no "X" is entered only records
with a NULL in the Heat field are displayed?

Thanks in advance.
