Ilona-

Try this in the Format event of the section containing the Centre Name:

' If on the last page, don't print this section
  If Me.Page = Me.Pages Then Cancel = True

Subject: RE: [ms_access] Heading Change on Last Page of Report

Hi John,
I have another question.
I have a report which lists assets by centre.
The data source is a query with the CentreId sorted in ascending order.
The Report Sorting and Grouping defined CentreId.

I have the Centre Name printing in the Page Header and I have Centre Totals.

On the last page I have Grand Totals, only.  All the above works really
well.

But on the last page I want to make the "Centre Name" of the last centre
printed invisible.

I have tried a macro to do this in all three of the Report Footer's events
of On Format, On Print and On Retreat, but I either get no Centre Name on
any page or I get the last centre's name included on the last page. Is there
any way of inhibiting the Centre Name on the last page of the report when it
is about to print the Grand Totals?

As always, thank you in advance.
