Eileen, sounds like this needs much more information to get to the 
bottom of this and I'm not sure that is possible in specifics at a 
distance like this.  There are certainly some things I would check first...
- Check the location of your BE file against the linked table manager.  
I suspect that they are different.
- Somehow your programme is looking at and using the wrong file.  Or,
- You are looking into the wrong BE file when you're checking up on the 
currency of entries.

My bet is that either you or your programme are looking at your 
development BE and not the production one.

Please let us know what you find
