Thank you very much for your message Brett. I checked the references, the first four are checked (i.e. VB for Application, MsAccess 11.0 Object Lib, OLE Automations & Ms ActiveX Data Objects 2.1 Lib).
The problem appears to be on my PC only because i cannot even open the reports in Preview or Design mode too whereas i could do that from other PCs and the references are same (the first four as above are checked). It not only one application but other one too behaves same. i.e. i can open Tables, Forms, Queries BUT CANNOT open Reports in any way (Preview or Design mode). PLEASE HELP.
