The names are not identical but the types are (text) I did right click but the relationship is the same -
I do not know it is a 1 to many vs a many to one. Here is the screen shot - I want the field Color Date from the table Color to be the MANY and the field Last name from the Name table to be the ONE. How do I do this? I have not set up the other relationship but I want basically the same thing - Perm date (MANY) and Last name (ONE).
