Hi,
I have a combo box control on the subform. I want to change the row source
property of the combo box when the user clicks the combo box. The row source
property is actually a query which filters the records depending upon the
selection in the main form. The row source query is based upon 4 tables. When I
run the query from the query design mode, it is giving me the desired results.
I have tried the query in the click event of the combo box, but somhow it is
not working. The click event of the combo box on the subform doesnt fire only.
If I give the query in the row source property of the combo box in design
mode, then it works only for the first records. For subsequent records it
remains what it was for the first record. It doen't change as per the selection
in the main form.
Again the values that have been entered earlier and are not in the current
row source list don't show up in the combo box when I scroll thourhg the form
even though they are present in the respective field of the table.
How to go about it, please help me.
