  Sorry a bit late on this thread , been enjoying a few days off over the
  festive period.

  In query design view, just double click on the filed name in the source
  table/query. That will automatically add a new column.
  You can then drag the column headers to the required sequence.

  While making one query I can make a query only for 16 fields,
  actually I want to add more field (say 30 field)

  So any tips for increasing more fields in the query????????
