Subject: [ms_access] CEILING function available in Access?

Hello all,

I have a query with a calc'd field that I need to be rounded in
multiples of 4 - e.g. I have #'s like 4.1, 6, 7.5, etc - they need to
go to 8 - #'s like 2, 3.4 etc need to go to 4 - I also have values in
the high teens and everything in between.

In MS Excel if I wanted to round the value in cell A2 up to a mult of
4, I would key this equation:

=CEILING(A2,4)

Access does not recognize the CEILING function - is there some other
function in Access that would allow me to do the same thing as the
CEILING function?

Thanks,
Jim
