You can do both if you want just to have one form you need to make a query
and put all the fields you want from all the tables in the form in the query
and then base the form off the query.

Subject: [ms_access] re: Relational dBases

Greetings from Upstate NY;

I am working on a dBase for a non-profit, and not having a lot of experience
I could use some help.
The dBase could have six or more tables (relational by 'ID #") do I need to
create a form for each table .... or can I have one (main) form for my
input.....?

Mega Thanks
Paul
