Try filtering the recordsets on the subreports down to a single record
and see where that gets you.

Subject: [ms_access] Self Repeating Report

I have a main report, built on two sub-reports, that is repeating itself
34 times. A two page report is showing up as 70 Pages. I cannot figure
out how to stop the repeating. Here are the details.

The table has no problems.

The query shows us correct every time.

Both subreports are built on the same Select query. There is one
calculation that Sums 3 other fields in the table. The two sub-reports
are filtered because the table has a boolean that is checked in some
records but not in others.

In the Report, each sub-report has its own header and nothing is in the
Details section.

Any ideas?

Thank you
Daniel
