the fields I'm having problems with are difference in time, the first, field 1 - enter time (example 7:12am) the next, field 2 - enter time (example 9:42 am) the problem, field 3 - difference (supposed to be 2.5 hours) 2nd problem, field 4 - sum (needs to add up values from field 3 above for every record)
If it makes any difference, field 1 and 2 would be the only fields that require entry, fields 3 and 4 should be filled automatically based on the formula. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
