Asalam O Alaikum I need advice of tax expert, my problem is as under.
We are Commercial Importer and we import the goods under H.S.Code 2710-1992 2710-1999 2710-1951 2710-1953 Now my query is should we pay 20% sales tax along with special federal excise duty say 1%. I am not able to know about it because I dont have customs act 1969s first schedule and the soft copy which I downloaded from CBR that soft copy doesnt includes the first schedule if some body has soft copy of custom act 1969 and custom tariff (here I am not taking about the soft copies available on CBR site these are not complete) than please send me these.
