I usually accomplish this task by using FiledName.OldValue in the
BeforeUpdate event of the record. I then get the date, CurrentUser and the
new value and use SQL statement to add these values to an audit trail table.
All this in VBA.

Is there a way that Access can display when a change was made to a field.

My client uses TA's (it's a college environment) to enter data and
needs to be able to recognize what fields the TA changed and when.

Any thoughts or possibilities?

Thanks in advance.
