Hi Friends, Urget Help required! As I already told you that I am not professional in Access but I have got a project to work on MS Access. Now my project requires me to POP cases. The application is much like CallCenter service. There are 15 fields in a table and records may vary from 2000 - 4000. There could be a 30-60 users working on the same application. The Records will pop to the user one by one. The record on which one User has worked/working will not pop to another User. I have decided that I will keep one Table wherein Date will be saved for User to work on. Once User has completed his job, it will be saved to another table. Once TableA is empty, that would mean that there is no more job available for user to work on. Please help me out to do this job as you are better professional and would have worked on the same many times in your career. I shall be thankful for your suport and looking forward for your reply.
