Dear Faisal, In the design view of the table, select the fields that you don't want duplicated and set the primary key (the little golden key on the toolbar). You will see a key appear beside each field name in the gray column.
That means that you can have the following: Item Size Colour 1 1 Red 1 2 Red But you cannot duplicate 1,1,Red. Also, I recommend that you use a list for your colour field.
