[ms_access] Function to get the first argument proceeded by a comma

Hello, 

How do I get the first argument Root User Class from a table in the field. What 
function should I use? The first argument changes, but the first argument is 
always proceeded with a comma. 
"Root User Class","45272 - -Amit, Padgilwar, [EMAIL PROTECTED], bas\45272"

Please help.
