Kumar If you have knowledge of database basics then you shouldn't find Access difficult. I assume you know normalisation. If tables are not properly related then you'll have problems with your application especially when it comes to reporting.
With your present knowledge I suggest you tell us exactly what you want to achieve. What I mean is you must have a project. As you build it you'll be asking questions when the need arises and we'll help you along until your application is complete. As for Access tips and tutorials you can google for them. There are plenty on the internet together with examples.
