Dawn If you want fields from the other table to show up in the FieldList you need to create a query that combines the fields from all the tables you need. This also depends on the relationships of your tables.
If your tables are properly related the query can be automatically constructed when you create the form using the Form Wizard. Select the fields you need from all the tables when prompted to do so by the Form Wizard.
