I'm using CMake 2.8.10.2 from the Cmake website:
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html and Qt 4.8.4 from
qt-project.org too. And it's working.
Did you try to run make -f Makefile.osx clean first? Is qmake in the path?
