Anyone given any thought to migration of templates from 1.X to 2.0? I'm
debating what it is the best approach:

1) Start with the 1.X template, open it in 2.0, and try to figure out what
new settings to apply. There are some new text styles, also changes to the
"page" section of the general style settings, that I know for sure I'd want
to pick up. Strategies here would also be useful for any scores, not just
templates.

or

2) Create from scratch in 2.0. Bound to be more work, but I wonder if a
score created by importing a 1.X isn't somewhat "crippled" compared to one
created in 2.0.

Specifically, I plan to commit changes to the Jazz Lead Sheet, Jazz Combo,
and Jazz Big Band templates once I figure out how I want to proceed. Oh,
also - I'm inclined to want to change these from MSCZ to MSCX, to make them
easier to edit by hand as well as easier to track in Git. Or is that a bad
idea? I notice most of the others are MSCX already.
