Hi,
I'm using 1.3 (also tried 1.2) on Gentoo amd64.
Both had thing bug: when I try to change the IO settings from ALSA audio to
Portaudio, MScore crashes immediately.
Specifically, "Edit"->"Preferences"->"I/O" tab->check "Portaudio" and
uncheck "ALSA Audio"->"OK" or "Apply" (I tried both.)->crash. By crash, I
mean the window immediately closes and when I reopen it comes up with a
recovery dialogue asking if I'd like to restore my previous session. It may
be of note that the drop down menus beside Portaudio are empty. It may also
be of note that "Cancel" (instead of "OK" or "Apply") doesn't cause a crash.
I would give a backtrace or something, but there isn't a way to install
with debug symbols on my system. If there is anyway I can be of assistance,
please let me know.
