I missed the -dev when I installed, because I had to install these
packages from debians collected by internet, with a large lot of
dependances, the total being around 30
I did not think that Mint would be so different from Ubuntu.
Now, thanks to you, it compiles.
I check now to produce 32 bits binary, and later on, try to be able to
create a PPA.

I found a 2009 discussion involving Scheer and Lasconic at

I checked
that libsndfile1 1.0.25-5 and libsndfile1:i386 1.0.25-5 are installed
Isn't there other package to add?
