Easiest way to upload a file is by creating either a post in either the
Technology Preview forum or the Issue Tracker. The latter makes sense
if you are sure you are doing things correctly and there is a program
bug; if you're not sure if maybe you're just doing something wrong, you
should post to the forum. Either way, the forum and issue tracker are
the best ways to report issues anyhow.

I'm afraid you *will* need to upload your score, or at least explain in
more detail, because I tried to follow these steps and it still imported
just fine for me. I am not what you mean about increasing the tempo per
each measure, though. I interpreted that as, insert two tempo markings
in each measure - 80 at the beginning of each measure, 230 in the middle
(on beat 3) of each measure, so the tempo keeps going from 80 to 230 and
back again. I did this for three measures, then included a fourth
measure containing only a sixteenth note and no tempo marking. Exported
to MIDI, imported the MIDI using default settings, and it looked and
played perfectly.
